This website presents properties for sale on the Costa del Sol and lets you get in touch with the agency. Using it does not create any contractual relationship between you and Nicole Beyer Real Estate 1994 SL, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance.
Property details — prices, measurements, descriptions and photographs — are supplied by owners and by the shared multiple-listing feed the agency subscribes to. They are shown in good faith and may change without notice. They are not a substitute for the documentation a buyer should obtain before committing: the nota simple from the Land Registry, the energy performance certificate, and the information the seller is obliged to provide. Taxes, notary, registry and legal fees are not included in any price shown.
Using the site
